		<description>Remember to check with your nearest local chapter to see what they need.  They may be short on teen boy blankets, or might instead ask you to do something for a 7yr. old girl.  Their needs always vary.

Also of note, since posting this, I had the opportunity to speak via email with the National VP of Project Linus, and she informed me that in addition to children here in the US, Project Linus chapters recently fulfilled requests for over 32,000 new blankets for the children of Haiti following the earthquake!  

WAY TO GO TO ALL THE CHAPTER COORDINATORS, PROJECT LINUS DIRECTORS, and BLANKETEERS THAT MADE THAT POSSIBLE!</description>
