An incredible media opportunity
It is 25 days to departure for Amy and I to Somanya, Ghana, and the excitement and anticipation continues to build. One of the exciting developments of the last weeks is the possibility of video recording many of the days that we are in Africa. Through the referral of an acquaintance and Media Industry insider here in the United States, we have been put in touch with a video production company in Accra, the capital of Ghana.
Rev. Theo Asare, the director of the company, is a former graduate of Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, OK, and now runs a ministry training young Africans on how to use media for the Kingdom. Through our US contact, we were able to get in touch with Rev. Asare and discuss the possibility of contracting his camera operators and equipment while in Somanya! The result in a nutshell is that we could record a great majority of the events and days we are in Ghana, creating enough footage for a small documetary and also a phenomenal history and archive of the Somanya project at Revival Harvest Academy. The cost for covering the camera equipment and personnel will be approximately $3000, only a fraction of what it would cost for this equipment here in the US.
If you can assist us in generating the production budget to take advantage of this opportunity, please contact us by email or phone. We look forward to seeing how God will provide the needed resources for this great media opportunity! If you, your business, or local church is interested in more information, we look forward to talking to you.
